Thunderwolves knock off SUNY Broome

Niagara County Community College opened the game on a 20-0 run en route to a 68-39 non-conference win against visiting Broome CC on Tuesday night. The Thunderwolves are now 7-1 overall with a home contest against Penn State DuBois set for 1 p.m. Saturday. 

Freshman guard Alliyah Gillespie led a balanced NCCC attack with 14 points. Classmate Taliyah Hopkins added eight points and five rebounds and five other players (Courtney Kaczor, Ana Valerie Odom, Jenna Faulkner, Jordan Frasier and Dazjah Coleman) netted six points.
